Hours of Operation: Mattie + Mase is run by a mom and wife so while the kids are away at school, we are open Monday-Friday from 9am-3pm Central time but orders can be place 24/7 on our website. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for responses to all emails.
Are the Adult tees Bella + Canvas?
Why yes most of them are! If for some reason the Bella + Canvas are sold out of the color/size you need, I will pick another extra soft brand of tee for you that is comparable. All tees are unisex unless specified otherwise.
Can I make changes to my order/cancel
No changes can be made to orders once they are placed.All sales are final. Each item is made to order. Canceled orders can only be canceled if the order hasn’t already been printed. There is a $3 restock fee for all canceled and returned items.
When will my items ship?
Every tee is made to order and will ship in 10-15 business days. Although we strive to stay within the 10-15 business day for production of the item, production may take longer during higher order volume times.
How will my item be shipped?
All orders are shipped using USPS. Once your item has been shipped you will receive a tracking number using the method of preferred contact (text message, email, or facebook messenger) you entered in your order. When you receive your tracking number it can take up to 48 hours for it to update. If your item becomes lost please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org

Discounts can only be used at the time you place the order.
What are your social media links?
Returns Please contact within 72 hours of receiving your order. A $3 restocking fee will be charged per item and will be subtracted from your refund amount. All refunds will be processed via your original payment method upon inspection of your item.
All returns must be approved so please email us at email@example.com with your order number and reason for return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If your item has been washed (laundered) or altered in any way it WIL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Headbands/All Hair Accessories
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the us without prior approval.
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Mattie2mase@outlook.com.
Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded and are final.
Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they received from us defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send a pre-paid shipping label.
Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
