COVID-19

With the ongoing situation around COVID-19, we wanted to share an update with you. These are uncertain times, but we are sure about one thing: putting the health and safety of our team and our customers first is key.

We are doing everything we can to ensure the continued sanitization of all our products and facilities. Our team is committed to staying healthy, and helping our customers stay healthy, too.

We apologize for any delays in getting your order to you. Production or shipping may be impacted by global issues beyond our control, and cause a bit of a wait.

We are continuing to fill your orders in these uncertain times but it has come to our attention that we need more concise guidelines for how we will continue to provide you all with the topnotch service you have received over the past 5 1/2 years from the Mattie and Mase Brand. Please be sure to read our FAQ page as well.

Shipping Times and Production Times

Production and shipping times are extending at this time. We are processing orders within 10-15 business days which is slightly outside of our normal 7-10 business days for production of your items. Once your item is being prepared for shipping, you will receive a notification that your shipping label has been created. 

Exchanges

At this time we are not processing exchanges due to customer error (ordering the wrong size or color) until further notice. This is to help prevent the possibility of packages coming back from different locations/people who may have been exposed to COVID-19. This is our attempt to keep other clients and ourselves (me and my family) from coming into contact with those unnecessary germs. If you are willing to wait we will exchange the unworn, unaltered. and unwashed item based on a case by case basis.
